Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first interface users encounter upon logging in. It serves as the central navigation hub, offering streamlined access to key modules such as Products, Licensing, and User Management, enabling users to efficiently manage their activities across the platform.

It displays the applications purchased and the components added for specific applications:
- Component Name
- Version
- Unique Identifier
- Dependency Relationship (direct, transitive)
- License Information
- Timestamp (create/update)
- Description
- Source/Repository URL
- Vulnerability References
- Checksum/File Hash
- Modification Status


The Dashboard simplifies the user experience by giving them immediate visibility into their most important tasks, ensuring they can easily navigate to the next action.
License
The License section in the Portal allows customers to generate, renew, and download license files for the products they have purchased. It is the central place where users upload system configuration files, obtain .lic activation files, and manage license renewals.
License Workflow

Customer Logs In
Users see only the applications they have purchased or been assigned. -
Download and Install the Application
The user installs the product (e.g., DPL Studio, Connectors). -
Generate System Config File
Inside the application, the user exports a SystemConfig file that contains the machine signature. -
Upload Config to Portal
The user uploads the SystemConfig file on the License page. -
Generate License File
The portal validates entitlements and generates a .lic file. -
Download License File
The .lic file is downloaded and imported back into the application.

Customer
Customer Admin
A Customer Admin is the primary administrator for the customer organization. This role is created when the customer first purchases a product. They receive login credentials from us and can manage internal users. Customer Admins manage their organization’s applications, download installers, generate licenses, and maintain user accounts. They can view and edit all users within their organization and handle license activation.

Customer Admins have access to four main sections:

Dashboard
View the list of applications purchased by their organization.
Access quick links to download installers or review version details. -
Applications
View all applications assigned to the customer account.
For each application, admins can see:- Version details
- Dependencies/components
- Supplier name
- Component versions

Licenses
Used after installing the application.
Admin can:- Upload the system configuration file generated from the installed product.
- Accept terms and privacy policy.
- Download the generated .LIC license file.
- Activate the application using that license.

User Management
- Add internal users (Customer Users)
- Edit user details
- View users only within their own organization
Customer User
A Customer User is a standard end-user within the customer organization. This role is intended for employees who use the purchased product(s) but do not administer the account. They can access applications assigned to them, download installers, upload system configuration files, generate their own license files, and manage their personal profile information. They do not have permissions to manage other users.

Customer Admins have access to:

View applications they have access to (assigned by their Customer Admin). -
Applications
- Download the product they are permitted to use.
- View application version and component details.

Licenses
- Upload the system configuration file (if allowed by admin).
- Download the .LIC license file for their own installation.

My Profile Only
Customer Users cannot manage other users.
They can only edit their own profile details (email, name, etc.).
Customer Users generally:
- View their own license information (product, access key, expiry, activation type)
- Do not manage other users or invite users
