How to Submit a Request

To ensure faster response and accurate resolutions, include the following details when submitting a ticket:

Required Information

  • Issue summary

  • Detailed description

  • Steps to reproduce

  • Logs & screenshots

  • Environment details (OS, version, deployment type)

  • Priority/Impact assessment

You can submit a support request through any of the following channels

Click on the round blue chat icon and a contact panel will appear with multiple ways to reach us, including:

  • Phone

  • WhatsApp

  • Book a Meeting

  • Submit a Support Form

  • Partner Support

Selecting Customer Support will route you directly to the correct support workflow.
