Reseller

Reseller support manages relationships with authorized RISE resellers responsible for product distribution and sales. This process ensures proper onboarding, contract compliance, and ongoing commercial support.

Purpose

  • Standardize reseller onboarding

  • Validate agreements and credentials

  • Provide continuous licensing and sales support

Workflow

  1. Partner submits a reseller registration request.

  2. Channel team reviews agreements and validates credentials.

  3. Reseller onboarding is completed with product and sales training.

  4. Ongoing support is provided for licensing, renewals, and customer

    sales.
