Services Support manages collaborations with service partners who co-deliver implementations, integrations, consulting, or deployment engagements alongside RISE.

Purpose

  • Establish shared delivery expectations

  • Enable collaborative project execution

  • Maintain quality and compliance in co-managed services

Workflow

  1. Partner defines service scope (consulting, integration, or deployment).

  2. RISE reviews compliance, capability, and technical feasibility.

  3. A collaboration roadmap and project plan are established.

  4. Joint execution and ongoing support cycles begin.

You can submit a support request through any of the following channels
